## Tasks

**Duties and Responsibilities**

*   Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
*   Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
*   Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
*   Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
*   Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
*   Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts
*   Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
*   Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
*   Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and field staff
*   Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Salary:** Competitive (DOE)

**Schedule:**

*   10-hour shift
*   Monday to Friday
*   Weekends as needed

## Requirements

**Required Skills and Abilities**

*   In-depth knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, Prolog, Primavera)
*   Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
*   Familiarity with contract documents and ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
*   Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
*   Proficient in budgeting and cost control procedures
*   Knowledge of safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
*   Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Education and Experience**

*   Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
*   Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
