About this position

We are in search for entrepreneurial, ambitious colleagues for our dynamic Financial Advisory
team (M&A and Due Diligence) in Zurich.

projects, combining lead advise, due diligence and valuation services for well-renowned clients
(small and medium sized Swiss companies, multinational corporations, and private equity).

Your task

  • Support our clients in their due diligence analysis in both buy and sell side transaction
    processes
  • Manage complex and multidisciplinary projects and deal with capital market questions and
    business plans
  • Analyse and assess valuable information for our clients, helping them to make the right
    decisions and realize the added value in their M&A transactions
  • Co-operate with leading Swiss companies, global corporations and private equity clients from
    various fields
  • Engage in business development activities on account and industry level, and in marketing
    initiatives and team development activities such as recruiting, training and coaching

Your profile

  • You are eager to move things and to make a difference within a young, dynamic and positive
    company that is successfully growing
  • You’re a highly motivated, analytical minded and entrepreneurial thinking
  • You bring several years of professional experience (min 6 years) in M&A or audit, with a global
    advisory firm, as well as experience in financial due diligence projects
  • You have solid knowledge about the Swiss corporate landscape
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, banking, accounting and/or an MBA
  • Fluency in both English and German; additional languages are a plus
