## Tasks

*   Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
*   Clearly identify project stakeholders
*   Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users
*   Apply proven communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills to help the business make good technology decisions
*   Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys
*   Site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
*   Proactive working with the IT Business Partner to look for new technologies to optimize business processes
*   Play a pivotal role in ensuring IT’s understanding of business requirements
*   Work in the area of production process applications on shop floor level, especially for scheduling, execution and reporting of manufacturing and intra-logistics within the plant & yard
*   Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-byproject basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics

## Requirements

*   College/ University degree in business administration, computer science or information technology (Bachelor IT)
*   Deep knowledge of core business process and operations in a manufacturing organization
*   Experience with business and technical requirement analysis, modeling and methodology development
*   Good knowledge of design, development and implementation of software and hardware products
*   Working knowledge of network, hardware and PC operating system, general IT
*   Excellent communication skills in German and English written and verbal in technical and user-friendly language
*   Proven Project management skills
*   Highly self-motivated and strong customer service orientation
*   Experience working independent and collaborative in multicultural environment
*   Driver's licence
