As our infrastructure scales and our engineering team grows, we're looking for someone who bridges the gap between system reliability 🔧 and developer experience 💻. You'll be responsible for making sure our production runs smoothly – and our engineers love working on it 💚.

## Tasks

**What you’ll do**

*   Own and evolve our observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, etc.)
*   Ensure our systems are performant, reliable, and scalable (AWS Fargate, Postgres, BullMQ, Supabase, etc.)
*   Continuously improve internal developer workflows (Monorepo setup, CI/CD, local dev, testing)
*   Evaluate and introduce new tools (e.g., AI-based dev tools) in a thoughtful and pragmatic way
*   Work closely with engineering and product to proactively detect bottlenecks and drive improvements

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for**

*   Experience running and maintaining production systems at scale ⚙️
*   Strong background in observability, reliability, and incident response 🚨
*   Passion for developer tooling and internal workflows 💡
*   Pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies and improving existing ones 🔄
