Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM). The ideal candidate will design, configure, and support SAP solutions to streamline manufacturing, procurement, quality, and maintenance processes.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PP (Production Planning):
- Configure and support MRP, BOM, routing, work centers, and capacity planning.
- Implement shop floor control and production order management.
SAP QM (Quality Management):
- Set up inspection plans, quality notifications, and certificates.
- Integrate QM with MM and PP for quality checks during procurement and production.
SAP MM (Materials Management):
- Configure procurement cycles, inventory management, and material valuation.
- Manage vendor master data and procurement reporting.
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance):
- Configure preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Set up maintenance plans, work orders, and notifications.
General Duties:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Perform system testing, UAT, and end-user training.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP PP, QM, MM, and PM modules.
- Strong knowledge of integration between modules (PP-QM-MM-PM and with SD, FI).
- Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certification in any of the modules is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to ABAP debugging and basic technical understanding.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in manufacturing, quality, and maintenance.
