About Maple Aviation

Maple Aviation is an aerospace startup developing a unique tail-sitter drone that flies with one propeller and is controlled via a flap-thrust-vectoring system for autonomous operation in time-critical medical logistics. Based in Ottobrunn, the small team builds aircraft designed to carry blood products, lab samples, and medication between hospitals and laboratories.

  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of drone components and aircraft systems.

  • Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks on assembled units.

  • Document assembly procedures, test results, and maintenance records accurately.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate design improvements into production.

· Practical experience in aircraft, drones, robotics, automotive, electronics, or precision assembly

· Strong skills in electrical assembly, soldering, crimping, wiring, and troubleshooting

· Basic experience with test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, or battery chargers is desirable

· Willingness to support outdoor flight testing and hands-on prototype work

· You are self-motivated, reliable, practical, and proud of clean technical work

· We are an international team communicating in English; German language skills are an advantage
