Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) Working Student (15 - 20h week)

We are a SaaS company based out of Berlin that provides small & medium-sized (SME) machine suppliers/distributors with the ability to manage and monetize their after-sales operations with our robust software solution.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative with to join our ambitious team. You are a creative, energetic self-starter who understands the sales process for our ICPs. You know how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to the service leaders in the machinery sector.

• You build and maintain business relationships with potential clients.
  You seek out new partnership opportunities.
• You explore and tap into new markets via cold/warm calling.
• You work closely with the founders to set goals for each quarter.
• You support the sales team in setting and achieving goals.
• You stay informed about industry developments and potential competitors to always stay one step ahead.
• You are experienced or willing to learn cold calling
• You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin

• Experience in cold calling or customer service, ideally in the B2B sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Independent and proactive work style with a high level of self-motivation
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages is a plus.
