Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to own the product backlog and ensure that the team delivers maximum value to users and the business. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, users, and the development team, translating vision into clear, actionable requirements.

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and transparent.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and communicate the product roadmap.
• Work closely with backend, frontend, and design teams to clarify requirements and scope.
• Make trade-off decisions balancing business value, technical constraints, and timelines.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a strong user experience.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required (spoken and written).

• Technical background (software engineering or related field).
• Experience with SaaS, B2B platforms, or digital products.
• Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
