As part of our team, you will define and develop the After-Sales services we offer to our Robotics customers in Service & Support
You will work closely with customers and our sales units to understand market needs and ensure that we deliver the most compelling and innovative service portfolio in the industry.
You will drive the development of these services together with our Robotics technology teams, translating customer expectations into concrete technical requirements and driving their implementation.
Whenever new vehicles or partner integrations enter our ecosystem, you will ensure that they receive the same strong and scalable After Sales service portfolio.
After launch, you remain the trusted After Sales expert for all stakeholders - gathering feedback, identifying improvements, and continuously shaping how our customers experience Robotics at Jungheinrich.
This is a multi-hat role that requires strong coordination, ownership, and curiosity across several critical interfaces - perfect for someone who wants to grow, shape, and create real impact.
Requirements
Experience handling After Sales portfolios and a strong ability to define structured changes, improvements and standards for it.
Experience in technical product management and service development, ideally in a technical or robotics environment.
Proven skills in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
Analytical mindset for pricing strategies and business case development.
