Since our foundation in 2016, Luxinmo has experienced exponential growth, establishing itself in the luxury real estate market of Costa Blanca and Ibiza. Due to this growth, we are looking to expand our team with new additions as real estate agents.

## Tasks

*   Property acquisition both online and in person.
*   Personalized attention and service to national and international clients.
*   Proactive follow-up and management of leads.
*   Daily registration and updating of leads in the CRM system.

## Requirements

*   At least 2 years of experience in a real estate agent role or in commercial roles.
*   Proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of a third language, especially Dutch, German, or Russian, will be considered a plus.
*   Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*   Proficiency in using office tools and CRM systems.
