Portuguese Customer Support | Freelance | Remote | Part-Time

Luna Socks is an e-commerce company that manufactures custom socks for pet lover. Customers can upload an image and we print it on socks. As we expand our presence in Portuguese-speaking countries, we are looking for a part-time customer support specialist who is fluent in Portuguese on a freelancing basis.

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese, providing timely and helpful assistance.
• Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaboration opportunities.
• Enhance the overall wording and content on the website to ensure clarity and appeal to the Portuguese market.

• Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English.
• Experience with social media management, particularly on Instagram.
• Available for approximately 2 hours per day on a freelance basis.
• Preferred: Experience in customer support and familiarity with Shopify.
