Digital Solutions Developer (m/f/d)

As a Digital Solutions Developer, you'll focus on creating and improving internal web-based tools and workflows. You’ll also take ownership of select operational systems like VoIP and user access, ensuring that our growing team has the digital infrastructure it needs to succeed. A hybrid role for developers who enjoy variety, autonomy, and impact

• Develop and enhance internal web applications and tools (e.g., customer portals, partner systems, internal dashboards)Customize and support cloud-based platforms used by internal teams and partners
• Support basic operational systems (e.g., 3CX VoIP, user onboarding/offboarding, access management via AD)
• Collaborate with international development teams to align on architecture and tooling
• Continuously improve digital workflows and internal processes through automation and smart interfaces
• Serve as a technical bridge between US operations and the global digital platform team

• ​Solid experience in web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React or Next.js)
• A generalist mindset with interest in both building tools and supporting essential systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, independent work style
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and time zones
• Proactive attitude and desire to improve internal processes through smart digital solutions
