London School of Excellence Ltd is a UK-based student consultancy agency dedicated to helping international students access quality education around the world. We are now looking for a highly experienced Country Manager / Operations Manager to lead and oversee our operations in a key region. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to drive our growth and maintain operational excellence.
Tasks
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the overall operations and growth strategy in your assigned country
- Leading a team of education consultants and administrative staff
- Overseeing student recruitment campaigns and enrollment targets
- Building and maintaining partnerships with universities, colleges, and visa authorities
- Ensuring compliance with admission and visa requirements
- Monitoring performance metrics and producing regular reports for senior management
- Representing London School of Excellence Ltd at student fairs, seminars, and networking events
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Manager or operations manager in any service based company.
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and/or international university admission processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet performance goals and deliver results under pressure
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
