Product Manager (Automation AI) - (m/f/d) - EU Based (remote)

Join our Product Management team to shape the future of prop-tech and real estate. We're seeking an Automation & AI Product Manager with technical skills and a strategic mindset.

• Lead product roadmap and strategy for AI and automation projects.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Develop and document product requirements and user stories.
• Prototype draft projects and automate processes.
• Be a driver in the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions.

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with a strong software focus
• Technical proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
• Experience in process automation and system integration
• SQL and database management skills
• Knowledge of APIs, GDPR, and cloud services like Azure/AWS
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently

Additionally, but not a requirement:

• Real estate sector experience
• Fluent in German, both written and verbal
• Experience or demonstrated interest in ChatGPT / Bart or similar GPT models
• Familiarity with Large Language Models and .NET
