The technical Product Owner/Manager is a hybrid role responsible for overseeing the development and management of our Low Code platform. This position combines the responsibilities of a product owner and product manager, requiring a strong understanding of both technical aspects and product management principles. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as developers, solutions consultants, and management, and most importantly our users.

## Tasks

*   Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business objectives and market trends.
*   Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize product features and enhancements.
*   Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clearly defined and actionable.
*   Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product increments, providing guidance, clarifications, and addressing any issues that arise during development.
*   Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
*   Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
*   Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and inform decision-making.
*   Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.
*   Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, ensuring the team remains aligned and focused on delivering value.
*   Ensure that products are compliant with relevant regulations and standards, addressing any compliance-related issues that may arise.

## Requirements

*   Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
*   Fluent **German and English** language skills
*   Proven experience as a product owner or product manager, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
*   Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
*   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise requirements.
*   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
*   Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
*   Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
*   Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.  
      
    **Preferred Qualifications:**  
    
*   Experience in the software or technology industry.
*   Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and practices.
*   Knowledge of data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
*   Experience with product analytics and tracking tools.
*   Understanding of regulatory compliance in relevant industries.
