We are looking for an IoT Software Engineer experienced with Python, Java, docker and MQTT for the agile development of innovative IoT products, containerised edge / cloud applications and middleware to control electronic components.

## Tasks

*   Develop containerised applications on the edge (Raspberry Pi) using Python, Java and Docker
*   Work on our „kiosk controller“ software (Java) to manage all electronic components locally and communicate with the Google Cloud Platform via MQTT
*   Implement payment terminals, gateways and protocols using ZVT, OPI, MDB
*   Quality assurance of the software through planning, creation and execution of tests
*   Work with a cross-functional team to define, build, test, and deploy universal applications
*   Version control with Git and continuous integration as part of your daily work

## Requirements

*   Proficient in Java and Python
*   Experience using Docker delivering Containers
*   Knowledge of MQTT / Mosquito cloud message brokers
*   GitLab CI/CD
*   Enrolled in university (looking for mandatory internship or working student)

Our stack consists of modern Javascript, Typescript, Node.Js, React & Redux, Docker, containers, client libraries, GraphQL, all built on a microservice-based kubernetes architecture, supported by the Google Cloud Platform.
