We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed mobility start-up that’s rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated. With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.

Tasks

You’ll build and lead everything people-related – from recruiting the next 50 hires to shaping our internal culture and brand.

  • Talent Acquisition: Own hiring end-to-end for HQ and operations roles. Build the hiring engine that scales us to 100+ employees.
  • People Ops: Manage contracts, onboarding, and HR processes.
  • Academy Leadership: Scale our internal academy for inspection engineers – our operational backbone.
  • Employer Branding: Shape our people brand, values, and narrative to attract top-tier talent across Germany.
  • People Strategy: Drive team development, structure incentives, and design scalable people processes.
  • Team Management: Lead a working student and, if needed, hire your own recruiter to support scaling.

No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll be building the recruiting pipeline for a new cluster, the next you’ll define company-wide values or roll out our academy playbook. You’ll have direct access to the founders and full autonomy to build your own function.

Requirements

You’re a builder with a people-first mindset. You can zoom out and think strategically, then zoom in and execute. You thrive on chaos, love fast learning curves, and deliver quality under pressure.

  • Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
  • An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Strong execution bias
    • you move fast, stay structured, and deliver.
  • A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
  • Completed a bachelor's or master’s programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.
  • Fully fluent in German is a must (C2).
