As (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (d/f/m) you are part of our conversion optimization team and owner of all paid content channels for search, display and social campaigns.
What do you exactly do?
Optimization and expansion of lead generation channels: You control and optimize all display and search engine campaigns (display, native, social media and SEA), scale them efficiently and gradually build up additional, new lead generation channels. In doing so, you analyze and identify suitable environments and targets, design advertising media and assets in line with the audience channel in order to use them effectively.
Ongoing management and tracking: You test and evaluate channels, create meaningful reports and optimize keyword lists (SEM/SEO), ads and landing pages. You always keep an eye on our audiences, market, competition and trends and actively exchange ideas with our publisher and agency partners.
Launch and drive strategic initiatives: You develop strategic concepts and initiatives to continuously increase our online and social media performance. To do this, you work closely with our performance and media agencies and are always in lively exchange with our contacts on all the major platforms (Google, Outbrain, LinkedIn, etc.) who accompany us closely as a major customer.
Background: You have a minimum of three years of professional experience in the control and account management of search engine, display marketing and/or programmatic campaigns, having also independently managed larger budgets. Furthermore, you successfully completed a business degree with a focus on (online) marketing or a comparable qualification.
Skills & Qualifications: Google Analytics & Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Native Ads and common web analytics tools are familiar to you. Whether social, display, SEO/SEA or email marketing - you feel at home here and know your way around - in targeting, in playout and in monitoring KPIs. You possess strategic and operational project management skills.
Mindset: You love to stand up for your values and goals, work in an agile way and cope well with a fast-changing environment. You also have a structured way of working and thinking as well as an out-of-the-box hands-on mentality.
An excellent candidate experience and transparency are our top priorities in the interview process. The various application phases help us understand what a collaboration might look like.
Onsite experience day: You will meet the team and get hands-on insights into the work.
