This role could be based in Germany (100% remote) or Switzerland (80% remote).

• Spearheading implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, or Recruiting.
• Providing expert guidance to customers, not just in solving technical challenges, but also in driving project organization and process modernization.
• Cultivating a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team, supporting colleagues in their development, and fostering a collaborative environment where ideas flourish.

What makes you the perfect fit for this role?

• Solid experience in multiple implementation projects within SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong knowledge and preferably certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• A thirst for learning and a passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Exceptional self-organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in German and English, with a moderate willingness to travel.
