Tasks
Role Overview: Web Developer
As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in digitalizing production processes and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of projects that directly impact efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
🖥 Web Development & Digitalization:
- Develop web applications to improve production control and efficiency.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for production employees.
- Enhance & optimize IT infrastructure and existing Access applications.
🤝 Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
- Work closely with the IT Lead and production teams to implement solutions.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress.
- Use a ticket system for project management & tracking.
🔧 System Administration & IT Support:
- Maintain and manage multiple server systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting digital processes.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
✅ SQL expertise (Most Important Skill)
✅ 1-2 years of experience in full-stack web development
✅ Strong skills in PHP, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and MySQL
✅ Basic system administration knowledge
✅ Fluency in German (B2 or higher)
✅ Proactive & self-motivated problem solver
✅ Open-mindedness to learn new technologies
Nice-to-Have Skills:
💡 Experience in production IT or digital process optimization
💡 Strong analytical & structured thinking skills
