We are currently seeking an **Assistant to the General Manager** to support our leadership team in overseeing restaurant operations and managing HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a top-tier guest experience.

## Tasks

*   Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, focusing on service standards, staff management, and guest satisfaction.
*    Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting exit interviews.
*    Maintain accurate employee records, assist with performance reviews, and support staff training and development to ensure a productive and motivated team.
*   Help create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and effective service delivery.
*   Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining operational records. Support payroll processing and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene 
*    Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient service across all departments.
*   Assist during peak hours or special events to ensure that front-of-house operations run smoothly.

## Requirements

*   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*   Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
*   Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
*   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and German.
*   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with restaurant management software.
