To support our continued growth, we are looking for a:
Industrial Engineer
Tasks
- Lead Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and optimize costs across the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
- Ensure On-Time Delivery: Own the planning and execution of all production lots to guarantee on-time shipment to both internal and external customers.
- Manage End-to-End Operations: Define and manage workflows, ensure high data integrity, and serve as the central technical point of contact for international customers. Translate their requirements into effective operational and process solutions.
- Enhance Data and Systems: Maintain and update our production planning (PPS) and ERP systems, including master data management and cost analysis. Implement new modules and ensure continuous improvement in our manufacturing systems.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Create and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and throughput. Provide regular reports to leadership and customers to maintain visibility and accountability.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Plan and execute cross-functional projects focused on industrialization, system implementation, and customer programs, applying robust project management methods to deliver on time and on scope.
- Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Oversee material supply, manage inventory, and coordinate procurement of all raw materials.
- Quality and Deviation Management: Proactively manage quality deviations and collaborate with suppliers to implement effective corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor, microelectronics, or similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and automation using advanced tools
- Practical experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported or led an ERP implementation.
- Experience managing technical and industrial projects, with a project management certification being a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with international customers in a technical capacity.
- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French is a strong plus.
