To support our continued growth, we are looking for a:
Project Manager Integrated Photonics
The purpose of this position is to provide an excellent customer experience by acting as the interface between the customer, internal engineering teams, and suppliers.
Tasks
- Cultivate positive customer relationships and serve as the customer interface.
- Translate customer needs into workable solutions.
- Discuss and define the Scope of Work (SoW) with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create project plans, SoW documents, effort estimations, and commercial proposals.
- Provide technical customer support throughout the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to after-sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and R&D, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project partners.
Requirements
- Highly customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
- 3+ years of experience in integrated optics or semiconductors.
- Industry experience in process integration, integrated photonics, or industrial project management.
- Proven track record of meeting project targets in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- A Ph.D. in integrated photonics or semiconductor processing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with integrated photonics software tools is a plus.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded, communicative, critical, and innovative.
- Flexible in working on different tasks and with different teams.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in English.
