Tasks
Operations & Execution
- Own day-to-day operations and grow the business
- Build and refine processes and tools to enable rapid expansion
Growth, Scaling & Finance
- Support new studio openings and expansion to other cities and countries
- Take ownership of operational and financial tasks and support the founders with P&L management and fundraising
Founder Collaboration
- Become the right hand of a co-founder to drive daily execution and shape long-term strategy
- Gain exposure to diverse projects and topics across ops, finance, HR, strategy, and marketing
What this role is:
- Hands-on and execution-focused with focus on daily operations and real operational challenges
- A generalist role with broad exposure across operations, finance and strategy
What this role is not:
- A pure strategy or concept role
- A role focused only on one function or siloed tasks
Requirements
- Early-career professional or recent graduate from a top-tier university
- Highly motivated to learn quickly and keep up with the founders’ pace
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments and handling multiple priorities
- Eager to take ownership of day-to-day tasks with a strong execution mindset
- Reliable, structured, and pragmatic with focus on results
- Interest in operations, people, and running a real-world business
- Strong communication skills
- German C1 required
