Junior Operations Manager (m/f/x)

Longevity Partners GmbH is building the world's leading longevity platform, the only one that combines all trends and aspects of longevity under one roof, making them accessible to everyone.

This platform will allow people to learn, exchange ideas, share their knowledge and meet like-minded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field.

The first building block will be the 2025 Life Summit conference.

Task include:

• Help us execute the next conference and make it a success
• Take over a wide variety of different projects
• Jump in where we need an extra hand, inkl. partnerships, marketing, organization, etc
• Bring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent English and German written and spoken
• Experience with fast execution, ideally in a startup environment
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
