• Participate in ongoing self-education and leadership development to continually expand your own results

• Background in Learning & Development, HR, Training, Education, Talent, or Leadership (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confidence in supporting people’s growth and development
• Ability to work self-directed, manage priorities, and follow structured processes
