Tasks
- Conduct professional conversations with individuals seeking leadership and personal development education
- Use established digital marketing tools and systems to attract and qualify aligned candidates
- Guide qualified individuals through a clear onboarding and education pathway
- Maintain accurate communication records and effective follow-up processes
- Participate in ongoing self-education and leadership development to continually expand your own results
Requirements
- Background in Learning & Development, HR, Training, Education, Talent, or Leadership (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence in supporting people’s growth and development
- Ability to work self-directed, manage priorities, and follow structured processes
- Genuine interest in personal development, mindset, and leadership education
