We’re a growing education startup entering a new phase of scale. In 2026 we will deliver 120+ projects, expand into new product lines and grow our team. To support this next chapter, we are hiring a part-time Operations Lead / Chief of Staff - someone who will become part of the operational backbone of LevelUp.
Tasks
This is a high-trust, high-impact position working directly with the CEO and all department leads.
You will:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across all departments
- Support Schools & Academics (departments) with trainer scheduling, prep, and organisation
- Coordinate with Camps and Adult Education teams to ensure smooth operations and logistics.
- Build, maintain, and improve internal systems, processes, and automations
- Ensure clean communication flow across teams and projects
- Take ownership of problem-solving and quality control
- Assist the CEO with implementing strategic initiatives
- Prepare internal documents, plans, communication, and operational materials
- Remove operational pressure from CEO so they can focus on growth
Requirements
You are part strategist, part project manager, part solution-finder.
You:
- Have experience in operations, project coordination, education ops, hospitality ops, or similar
- Are extremely organised and detail-oriented
- Thrive in environments with many moving parts
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and kindly
- Think in systems - not isolated tasks
- Can move fluidly between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
- Love supporting teams and helping others succeed
