Tasks

  • Be a co-working community manager, by ensuring a great office culture for all tenants
  • Manage Reception Area, Meeting Rooms and the office main line phone
  • Receive and distribute incoming packages, mail and post
  • Organize and manage office related projects, such as introducing a new meeting room booking system
  • Contribute to our great office culture by connecting with colleagues and welcoming guests
  • Oversee the smooth running of the office at all levels
  • Liaise with suppliers such as facility managers, contractors and office cleaners
  • Keep office stationery in stock (including toners for all printers plus domestic stock and looking after kitchen supplies)
  • Address queries regarding office management issues (stationary, internet issues etc.)
  • Manage our event location by planning and hosting events, negotiating quotes and agreements and assisting with marketing
  • Take responsibility in onboarding and off-boarding, as well as recruiting new tenants
  • Coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager or similar
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills and the willingness to take ownership
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS G Suite and office management software
  • German language skills on a native level
  • A service minded, creative and passionate personality
