The ideal candidate is not just an editor, but a **strategic thinker who understands TikTok’s algorithm, viral trends, and audience psychology**. **About the Role:**  
We are looking for a **TikTok Video Editor & Social Media Assistant** to help a **rising influencer** grow her presence on TikTok and other short-form content platforms. The ideal candidate is **creative, up-to-date with TikTok trends, and has experience in editing viral-style videos**.

## Tasks

✔ **Develop viral TikTok strategies** to maximize engagement and growth.  
✔ **Research & analyze TikTok trends, hooks, and content formulas** that work.  
✔ **Edit high-quality TikTok videos** with fast cuts, subtitles, zooms, and viral-style effects.  
✔ **Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting times** to increase reach.  
✔ **Create & test content variations** to identify the best-performing formats.  
✔ **Engage with the audience**, respond to comments, and drive interaction.  
✔ **Monitor analytics & adjust strategies based on performance.**  
✔ **Repurpose TikTok content for YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels.**

## Requirements

🔹 **Proven experience growing TikTok accounts (Show past results)**.  
🔹 **Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and content psychology**.  
🔹 Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).  
🔹 Ability to **create engaging, fast-paced, and viral-style videos**.  
🔹 Experience in **audience engagement & community building**.  
🔹 Fluent in English (written & spoken).  
🔹 **Data-driven mindset** – Must know how to analyze TikTok analytics and adjust content accordingly.  
🔹 **Fast turnaround time (24-48h per video)**.
