Designing journeys and destinations at Lenitos Travel

Lenitos Travel operates in operations consulting, applying structured planning to travel management and destination experiences. This remote role brings on five independent contractors for a 12-month engagement at 40 hours per week, helping clients navigate itineraries and logistical planning from Guatemala City.

Your daily advisory focus

• Designing custom travel itineraries tailored to specific client preferences and requirements

• Managing bookings and coordinating logistical details directly with local providers

• Delivering destination advice and troubleshooting travel arrangements as they arise

What we look for in your background

Independent advisory experience within travel, tourism, or destination management. Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to manage bookings independently while coordinating across time zones. Someone who meets most of these requirements can still be a strong fit and should apply.

Your first months at Lenitos Travel

During your initial weeks, you will take on active itinerary design, coordinate directly with our network of local providers, and integrate into our remote workflows. You will quickly build familiarity with our operational standards and client communication approach.

Working arrangement and perks

This position is fully remote. You will participate in mentoring sessions to support your development and receive compensation for travel expenses incurred through role requirements.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this freelance contract is GTQ 50–90 per hour.
