Product Manager (m/f/d) at iOS Screen Time Control App Lemio

You will directly work with Tom who is a product person by heart and who has worked on physical and digital products all his life.

Current challenges

• Improve LTV per download. (e.g. through paywall testing)
• Improve trial start rate.
• Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team.
• Developing a BI system for analysing user behavior to support retention.
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows.
• User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product.

We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!

Ideally you

• always wanted to become the Head of Product of a tech startup.
• are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
• are passionate about users and KPIs. (if you don't love to do 10 user calls every week, don't apply!!!)
• have between 3-5 years of work experience.
