Currently, we are looking for an intern (min. 20h/week) for three months starting immediately to support our rapid growth.

**Unfortunately, since we are a very small organization, this internship is unpaid.**

From day one, you will be entrusted with challenging tasks to drive the development of the entire organization, and you will largely handle these tasks independently. We aim to provide you with the opportunity to gain as much experience as possible in various areas and learn to think and act like an entrepreneur.

## Tasks

*   Planning, organizing, and coordinating subtasks of the project.
*   Preparation and support in consolidating complex analyses, statistics, reports, decision proposals, and the creation of presentation materials.
*   Organization of cloud storage (SharePoint).
*   Assisting the founder in tackling their daily challenges and gaining deep insights into the entire organization and individual teams.
*   Administrative support for important activities and coordination of management, as well as post-meeting follow-ups.
*   Organization of internal and external meetings and communication with the internal team and external partners.
*   Supporting the marketing, social media, and communication teams.
*   Representing the management in case of illness or vacation.

## Requirements

*   You are currently studying or have completed a degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
*   You are proficient in using Microsoft 365.
*   You have a quick grasp and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
*   You possess a high degree of motivation, commitment, and initiative.
*   You are known for your structured, creative, and independent work style, as well as a strong motivation for high performance and are a true team player.
*   You have good knowledge of German and are fluent in spoken and written English.
*   If you do not meet all the requirements but are motivated and eager to learn something new, please do not hesitate to apply. Motivation is more important to us than experience!
