## Tasks

- We’re a small team and everybody gets their hands dirty - don’t expect boring routines, do expect working directly with the founders, taking ownership and having direct impact from day one!
- Support us in improving our sales and outbound strategies for Leapsome
- Develop, implement, evaluate and continuously improve our outbound lead generation strategies.
- Define and test market segmentation strategies together with the sales team, carry out complex and thorough market analyses and process the obtained information
- Be involved in implementing projects and key decisions
- Join in on demo calls and sales pitches
- Plan, execute and document user tests and generate suggestions and improvements for our product - work right at the interface of technology and business.

## Requirements

- You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter and like to get things done; in the past, you’ve proven that you truly owned the projects that you were assigned
- You have or are in the process of getting a college or university degree. You love to think analytically, are able to do your own research and to filter and process relevant information.
- You are fluent in German and English both in written and spoken form (German is a must!)
- You communicate openly and to the point
- You are passionate about the future of work; you want to go beyond talking about it and actively shape it instead.
- Ideally, you have always wanted to be involved in the development and implementation of new and innovative ideas
- Bonus: You already have experience in sales and / or market research
