__POSITION__

LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a __Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)__ to drive our product offering for our Enterprise Architecture Management product. We will provide you a unique chance to join the market leading product and take ownership to bring it to the next stage. You will join a dynamic, international team working with great passion with main focus on creating business value for our customers.

Kindly note: this is a hybrid position (80% remote + 20% office) based in Bonn/Munich, Germany or Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are only accepting applications from candidates based in Germany or Netherlands.

__WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?__

* You will be the acknowledged expert for your part of the product - become the Go-To Person for this area
* You will be working closely with customers to truly understand and embrace their needs
* You communicate directly with stakeholders inside and outside LeanIX about customer needs and product strategy
* You will be in close exchange with product leadership to align your work with the product vision - and to challenge and influence the overall product strategy
* You work directly with product marketing and sales - understand the market and competition, and influence how our product is positioned and perceived
* You will be responsible for the team’s backlog and roadmap - Which topics the team is working on, and in which order
* Together with your team, you have full responsibility from product discovery through delivery to customer value

__WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?__

* Product Management experience, ideally as well as a Product Owner of at least 3-5 years
* You have an understanding of graphs (nodes and edges) and of modelling real world challenges in graphs, e.g., how to model an organisation's IT with different objects, i.e, Software, User Groups, Applications/Services etc.
* You have worked with information retrieval problems (search algorithms) and understand how filtering of results works, experience with Elasticsearch, SolR or similar is an advantage
* You can work on both a technical and conceptual level with engineers to deliver an improved search experience as well as with UX designers and customers on a graphical solution for a filtering and search experience
* You have tracked success of a product before and it would be advantageous if you had done this on a search product before or had some experience with service level objectives
* Fluent English is mandatory
