We work closely with global brands and manufacturers to deliver independent, high-quality verifications for industry-leading initiatives such as the Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) and the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP).
We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Auditor with proven expertise in conducting on-site and remote audits under the Higg FEM and SLCP CAF frameworks. The ideal candidate will be an APSCA - CSCA auditor, have a strong understanding of sustainability, environmental and social auditing practices, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant audit experience. This role requires independent judgment, strong ethical standards, and excellent reporting capabilities.
Tasks
- Conduct third-party verifications and assessments in accordance with Higg FEM and SLCP CAF protocols.
- Perform both on-site and remote facility assessments, ensuring high standards of professionalism and objectivity.
- Review documentation, conduct worker and management interviews, and perform on-site inspections.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely audit reports in the prescribed formats/platforms (e.g. Worldly, SLCP Gateway, FFC etc).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving protocols, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
- Liaise with clients, facilities, and internal teams to ensure audit readiness and protocol compliance.
- Provide guidance to facilities on continuous improvement in line with verified results (without consulting).
- Uphold the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, and impartiality in all audit engagements.
