JOB OVERVIEW
The Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as efficiently managing projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met regarding project execution.
We are looking for someone who is well connected to the world of sports and truly passionate about this community, with the ability to engage with clients from this sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage communication between the client and internal teams, interpreting needs, managing expectations, and negotiating timelines.
- Plan and coordinate project execution, allocating appropriate resources and budgets.
- Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- ºIdentify growth opportunities and upselling through brand universe analysis and client evaluations.
- Create budgets in collaboration with the production team and make contractual agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Work closely with strategy, creative and production teams to execute project production.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure project performance and profitability.
- Resolve problems and challenges during project execution.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in practices and processes related to project management and client relationships.
SPECIFIC TASKS
- Maintain regular communication with clients, establishing strong and lasting relationships.
- Coordinate the execution of projects and campaigns, being the primary project owner.
- Create timelines, detailed budgets, ROS (event schedule) and production sheets.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Execute project production by allocating appropriate budgets and resources.
- Conduct internal briefings and counter-briefs to clients.
- Control budgets in close collaboration with the team.
- Assign tasks to the design team when the project enters the production phase.
- Deliver project presentations and final project reports.
- Handle administrative and billing closures with suppliers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in account and project management in the sport community.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Client-oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships.
- Aptitude for data and metrics analysis.
- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
- Strong English skills needed.
