We are on the hunt for an eagle-eyed Quality Inspector who will be the guardian of excellence for all our incoming and outgoing materials, products, and manufacturing procedures.

Tasks
- Inspecting products and materials according to quality standards, technical drawings, procedures and plans.
- Documenting inspection results and reporting any defects or non-conformities.
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager.
- Run statistical studies such as reproducibility and capability.
- Maintain and update quality inspector records.
- Perform detailed inspections of space components and mechanical parts using precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Verify that products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- You have proven experience as Quality Inspector or similar, relevant role with at least 3 years of experience.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- You have a thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- You have strong knowledge in Space standards as ECSS, ASTM, and MIL etc.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems.
- You have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- You have ability to document results and create reports.
- You have a Education/Certification in relevant field (e.g. engineering, safety, quality control).
- You are responsible and trustworthy.
- You are a highly detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- You have excellent English skills (written and oral), German is beneficial but not necessary.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 9100 and Certification of quality control (ISO 9000 etc.) is highly desirable.
