As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital advertising efforts across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and more. Your expertise will directly impact our brand's visibility and conversion rates. We are seeking a talented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
Tasks
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative development to maximize campaign performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs.
- Continuously analyze and refine website conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and test landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets for campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
- Budget management and allocation, ensuring maximum ROI on advertising spend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketing channels and campaign measurement.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Excell and other analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing funnel analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
