100% Onsite Role Darlington, UK

Duration – 6 Months extendable

• 8+ of experience in BYWMS and expertise in both RP2009 and newer versions.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Kitting processes.
• Diagnose and resolve WMS transaction failures, data inconsistencies, and system anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and configuration updates.
• Work closely with technical teams to support customizations, integrations, reporting, and label design.

Required Skills:

• Lead and support BYWMS implementation and migration projects.
• Create and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA for agile project tracking.
• Utilize MOCA commands for in-depth analysis and troubleshooting within BYWMS.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
