🔹 What will your mission be?
Design and develop the operational processes that power our workflow system, ensuring their alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and contributing to a more efficient and productive debt recovery.

🚀 What you will do day-to-day
✅ Build the vision and strategy for workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
✅ Design and optimize operational processes within the management system.
✅ Create process maps to facilitate analysis and understanding.
✅ Monitor workflow performance and provide detailed reports.
✅ Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
✅ Work with international teams to ensure proper integration of systems and tools.
✅ Collaborate with different departments (technology, compliance, operations, and customer service) to ensure that our debt recovery strategies are effective and aligned with global objectives.

🎯 What we need from you
✔️ Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
✔️ 1 to 2 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally in debt recovery.
✔️ Knowledge and experience with operational process management software.
✔️ Process modeling (BPMN) and agile methodologies (Agile).
✔️ Operational project management in international environments.
✔️ Experience with workflow management tools.
✔️ Strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
✔️ Effective communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams, in local and international environments.
✔️ Languages: English B2 or higher; Spanish C1 (written and spoken).
