The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Client Relations Assistant to help grow our client base and manage incoming luxury travel enquiries. This role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and motivated by targets and commission.
Tasks
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide tailored quotations
- Proactively follow up on leads to maximise conversions
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Identify partnership opportunities and support outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and booking updates
- Support promotional campaigns and business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales confidence with a strong closing ability
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, luxury services, or events (preferred)
- Self-starter with ambition and drive
