What You Will Do

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Meta as a core growth channel. The role combines data-driven performance marketing with a clear creative-first approach to scaling our new customer business. The focus is on developing, managing, and scaling creatives as the key lever for sustainable growth in social paid. Your responsibilities include:

Taking ownership of the performance of our social paid channels, with a focus on Meta

Scaling first orders through continuous optimization of creatives, audiences, campaign setups, and budget allocation

Ownership of the social paid creative strategy – from developing new creative angles and concepts to scaling successful creatives

Developing and implementing structured creative testing frameworks, as well as building scalable processes for the continuous production, evaluation, and iteration of performance creatives

Creating creative briefs, hooks, messaging approaches, UGC concepts, and testing ideas in close collaboration with creative, influencer, and content teams

Analyzing campaign data, deriving insights, and identifying new growth levers to improve efficiency and new customer acquisition

Designing and executing tests across the entire customer acquisition journey – from creatives and audiences to campaign structures and placements

Close collaboration with analytics, CRM, influencer, product, and country teams to continuously improve customer acquisition and marketing performance

What You Bring

At least 4 years of experience in building, managing, and scaling social paid campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta

Proven track record of scaling new customer growth in an e-commerce, DTC, or consumer-focused environment

Deep understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPO, conversion rate, and first orders, as well as their main growth drivers

Proven experience in developing performance creatives, creative briefs, UGC concepts, and structured creative testing frameworks

You don’t think only in campaigns and target groups, but also in hooks, angles, storytelling, and user psychology

Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and performance analysis

Good understanding of attribution, tracking, and modern measurement approaches

Hands-on mentality with high ownership, strong execution skills, and a proactive mindset

Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Business-fluent English (C1 or equivalent); German skills are a plus

What's In It For You

Smart Working & Flexibility: Flexible working hours, hybrid work, and 20 days of workation. We trust you to take ownership: you deliver on our shared goals and structure your day in the way that works best for you. You’ll also start with 28 days of vacation, increasing by one additional day per year of tenure (capped at 30 days), so you always have time to recharge.

Growth & Setup: A structured onboarding plan to get you started, plus a dedicated development budget for your personal and professional growth. You’ll also receive your own MacBook and a fully equipped office setup with monitors and height-adjustable desks.

KoRo Vibe & Benefits: Free snacks, and barista coffee in the office, 20% discount in the KoRo Online-Shop, and exclusive perks with partner companies. On top of that, a fully funded BVG ticket (Jobticket), a subsidy for your fitness membership (Urban Sports Club, Hansefit, or FitX), and a company pension scheme (bAV) via Ginkgo.

Shared Moments: Regular team events and company parties to celebrate milestones and successes together.

We're looking for People who share our Mindset

For us, it's not just about the what, but above all about the how. You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:

You take initiative and ownership. You don't wait for a perfect brief or a mandate to get started. When you see an opportunity, a risk, or something that can be improved - you act. When things don't go as planned, you look at your own contribution first and step up, without waiting to be asked.

You thrive in change. Shifting priorities and evolving processes don't slow you down. You adapt fast and keep moving.

You build, you don't wait. When something is missing - a tool, a process, a solution - you create it. You prefer a working MVP over a perfect plan and iterate from there.

You think in leverage. You question how things are done, prioritize ruthlessly, and find smarter paths to better outcomes. You don't mistake effort for impact.

You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You collaborate in and across teams, care about the people around you, and bring sparkles to the room. You speak up when you disagree, commit fully once a decision is made, and actively make the people around you better.
Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others

Sounds good?
