Your Opportunity at KoRo! You couldn’t find a suitable position on our job page? No worries – maybe you’re exactly the kind of talent we don’t even know we need yet!

KoRo is always on the move – just like our ideas. That’s why we’re looking for people with drive, creativity, and the desire to make things happen. If you want to shake up the food industry with us, develop smart solutions, and maybe even make the world a little better – show us who you are!

Whether you’re a tech or design genius, a marketing mastermind, or an organizational talent – we look forward to receiving your unsolicited application!

How to impress us: Please base your application on the following questions:

What skills/ experience can you bring to enrich our team? In which area would you like to work with us?

What exciting projects have you already worked on?

What type of position are you looking for? (Full-time, part-time, internship, or working student position)

Where are you currently based? Would you be willing to relocate to Berlin, or do you prefer working remotely?

What language skills do you bring with you?

OUR BENEFITS

Smart Working & Flexibility: Flexible working hours and hybrid work. We trust you to take ownership: you deliver on our shared goals and structure your day in the way that works best for you.

Growth & Setup: A structured onboarding plan to get you started, plus a dedicated development budget for your personal and professional growth. You’ll also receive your own MacBook and a fully equipped setup with monitors and height-adjustable desks.

KoRo Vibe & Benefits: Free snacks, 20% discount in the KoRo Online-Shop, and exclusive perks with partner companies. On top of that, transportation is covered, as well as a subsidy for your fitness membership.

Shared Moments: Regular team events and company parties to celebrate milestones and successes together.

We're looking for People who share our Mindset

For us, it's not just about the what, but above all about the how. You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:

You take initiative and ownership. You don't wait for a perfect brief or a mandate to get started. When you see an opportunity, a risk, or something that can be improved - you act. When things don't go as planned, you look at your own contribution first and step up, without waiting to be asked.

You thrive in change. Shifting priorities and evolving processes don't slow you down. You adapt fast and keep moving.

You build, you don't wait. When something is missing - a tool, a process, a solution - you create it. You prefer a working MVP over a perfect plan and iterate from there.

You think in leverage. You question how things are done, prioritize ruthlessly, and find smarter paths to better outcomes. You don't mistake effort for impact.

You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You collaborate in and across teams, care about the people around you, and bring sparkles to the room. You speak up when you disagree, commit fully once a decision is made, and actively make the people around you better.
Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others

Sounds good?

Excited to make a difference together? Then we’re looking forward to your unsolicited application!
Send us your CV and a short cover letter telling us how your ideas and experience could enrich our team. We’re looking forward to hear your perspective!
