Internship Field Sales - Paris (m/f/d)

What You Will Do

We’re looking for a Field Sales Intern (Proximity Stores) in Paris Centre to help accelerate our growth in the French market. This is your chance to get hands-on experience in sales, build strong retailer relationships, and directly influence how products are presented and discovered by consumers. Bring your energy, your challenger spirit, and your passion for making things happen – and help us create a stronger presence in stores. Your responsibilities will be:

• Commercial Development & Performance
  
  • Manage a portfolio of proximity stores within your assigned area: drive sales, visibility, and overall performance.
  • Make the field your playground: convince department managers, negotiate listings, and increase in-store presence.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and the Key Account Management (KAM) team - strong team spirit and shared ambition.
• Merchandising & Operational Excellence
  
  • Ensure strong, attractive, and consistent in-store visibility for KoRo products.
  • Deliver flawless shelf placements, impactful re-merchandising, and effective promotional activities.
  • Install and optimize all available merchandising tools (end caps, POS materials, stock management, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted and reliable point of contact for in-store teams.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent), ideally with a specialization in Business or Sales.
• Previous experience in sales or field-based commercial roles is a plus.
• You enjoy human interaction, challenges, and exceeding targets.
• Autonomous, organized, and persuasive - you know how to build strong relationships.
• Motivated to perform in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
