Your tasks

We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) for Sweden to join us part-time (25-30 hrs/week) on a fixed-term contract of 6 months. In this role, you will take full ownership of growing and scaling our influencer and partnership program in Sweden – from identifying the right creators and negotiating collaborations to continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with Swedish influencers and partners while bringing valuable market insights to the wider marketing team. If you enjoy combining relationship-building with data-driven performance marketing, this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include:

Independently manage and scale the influencer and partnership program for the Swedish market.

Plan, negotiate, and optimize influencer partnerships with a strong focus on performance and RoAS.

Provide Sweden-specific nuance to our social media and advertising team.

Support content creation when needed (e.g., social media copy or campaign messaging).

Identify additional local partnerships and on-the-ground marketing opportunities in Sweden.

Your profile

You have a proven track record in performance-driven influencer or partnership marketing, ideally with experience in the Swedish market across instagram and Tiktok.

You have strong experience in planning, negotiating, and optimizing influencer collaborations to drive measurable results.

You have a solid understanding of performance marketing and take a data-driven approach to decision-making.

You are experienced in using Google Sheets for campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis.

You are personable and relationship-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You are persistent, proactive, and highly organized, and you are able to manage multiple partnerships effectively.

You have full professional proficiency in Swedish, and you are also comfortable communicating in English.

You are based in Berlin or anywhere else in Germany.

What you can expect from us

Our diverse team is ready to be enriched and inspired by your ideas: help building the future of food retailing in our fast-growing start-up!

Extensive onboardings which will prepare you for your various and challenging tasks.

Flexible working hours and home office options to ensure a good work-life balance.

A beautiful and modern office in Berlin Schöneberg, easy to reach by public transport – and we cover the costs of your monthly BVG (public transport Berlin) ticket.

Find your way (back) to the gym thanks to fitness cooperations with Urban Sports Club or FitX.

Optimal performance thanks to a modern MacBook.

Well equipped office kitchen with fresh fruit, delicious KoRo snacks, coffee and tea.

20 % discount in our KoRo online store.

Regular team events and joint activities as well as legendary company parties.
