Knowliah (as part of STP one) is an AI-powered SaaS platform, designed to centralize and streamline legal processes and workflows, improve collaboration and have better and relevant reporting for all legal related operations in matters, contracts, entities, and knowledge. Knowliah provides organisations with the software and support they need to enable their in-house legal teams to contribute to EBITDA and deliver and demonstrate business value.

• You build relationships with customers. That way, you discover what their needs are in terms of business processes, working methods and IT systems.
• You manage the activation process and the project as a whole.
• You advise the customer and suggest the best configuration and integration based on your expertise.
• You design, configure and test the new implementation.
• You provide the necessary documentation.
• You have an advisory and guiding role during the roll-out.

You will work within the Professional Services team that is also responsible for pre-sales support, customer support, hosting, on-boarding of users, thus offering even more opportunities towards variety, impact and personal growth.

We offer a hybrid contract, travel to client premises might occur.

• Knowledge and experience
  - bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
  - a sound knowledge of ICT concepts, operations and processes
  - basic knowledge of legal processes, information management and experience with functional analysis (system and/or process) is a plus
• Critical and analytical skills
  You can distinguish details from the essentials, so you immediately recognise the real bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Customer-oriented, very good communication skills
• Project Management : You are strong in planning and organising. You can monitor the scope, tasks and budget agreed with the customer.
• You know how to deal with all types of personalities, you are discrete and respectful, and you easily build professional relationships.
• Result-oriented
  You find it a challenge to always find the appropriate solution within the defined boundaries.
• Language skills
  You are fluent in Dutch, French & English, additional languages are definitely an asset.
