## Tasks

As a key member of our Quest-to-Earn platform, you will work at the intersection of product, operations, and growth, ensuring smooth execution of offers, improving our research processes, and supporting platform success.

This role requires a mix of analytical, operational, and technical curiosity. If you're comfortable learning quickly, working cross-functionally, and supporting product decisions with operational execution, we’d love to hear from you!


**What You’ll Do**

**Offer Analysis & Management**

*   Review available affiliate offers from different vendors to identify the most suitable options for our user base.
*   Compare offers using internal dashboards to find the highest value and best user fit.
*   Use admin dashboards to publish or disable offers with attention to data accuracy and backend logic.

**Offerwall Operations & Vendor Monitoring**

*   Regularly monitor vendor dashboards to identify high or low-performing offers.
*   Enable or disable offers on our offerwall based on performance insights.

**Competitor Analysis & Research**

*   Review competitor analysis reports prepared by the internal team.
*   Explore competitor platforms and social channels to identify high-performing offers.

**Educational Content Management**

*   Support the preparation and management of educational content for users on our offerwall.

**User Behavior Analysis**

*   Check user metrics and behavioral patterns across segments and cohorts to share insights with the team.

## Requirements

We seek a team member who feels comfortable working remotely and in English in an international environment with a self-driven “Get stuff done” mindset.

*   Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
*   Basic technical proficiency and willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboards work.
*   Attention to detail for comparing offer data and publishing updates accurately.
*   Analytical mindset to interpret user behavior and offer performance data.
*   Motivation to explore competitor trends and improve our offerwall operations.
*   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
