We’re looking for a Community Manager who can lead that community with energy, empathy, and precision, turning updates into conversations, users into advocates, and engagement into growth.

## Tasks

*   Manage and grow Klink’s global community across Telegram and Discord, ensuring it stays active, informative, and fun.
*   Organize interactive community games, events, and reward campaigns (polls, trivia, quests, leaderboard challenges) to boost engagement and retention.
*   Craft engaging updates, AMAs, and event concepts that build trust and momentum.
*   Collaborate with content, growth, and support teams to ensure users are informed, motivated, and heard.
*   Track sentiment, gather feedback, and translate insights into product and communication improvements.
*   Work closely with marketing to run campaigns that reward participation (polls, spotlight series, challenges).Build relationships with regional leaders and moderators to scale engagement sustainably.

## Requirements

*   Solid experience in the community in fintech, crypto, gaming, or consumer tech.
*   Excellent writing and moderation skills, you can simplify complex ideas into clear, human communication.
*   Experience managing active online communities (Discord & Telegram).
*   Calm under pressure, patient with users, and sharp with execution.
*   You understand that great communities aren’t loud, they’re loyal.
