## Tasks

We are seeking an ambitious Founder Associate to expand our reach and partnerships within the crypto space. Do you have a strong interest in crypto and are ready to tackle any task that comes your way? As a Founder Associate at Klink, you will work directly with the founders to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and support our mission to build the best place to earn crypto globally.

**Role Responsibilities:**

*   Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the crypto space.
*   Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
*   Collaborate closely with the founders, as well as Product and Marketing teams, to devise and implement strategies for growth and user acquisition.
*   Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that align with Klink's objectives.
*   Conduct comprehensive market research to remain informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
*   Work directly with the founders on a multitude of tasks, both strategic and administrative.
*   Deliver regular updates and reports on founding partnership activities and achievements.

## Requirements

*   Initial professional experience in business development or startup ecosystem, preferably in the crypto space.
*   Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
*   Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
*   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*   Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto market.
*   Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
