As a (Junior) Operations Manager for the Offerwall, you’ll take ownership of the operational heartbeat behind Klink’s earning marketplace. You’ll help select and onboard new offers and advertisers, test campaigns, manage daily operations, and ensure everything on the offerwall runs seamlessly. Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Growth teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction and performance of one of Klink’s core products.
What You’ll Do
Offer Management & Curation
Select and test new offers and advertisers, ensuring quality, compliance, and strong performance. Refresh and optimize offers regularly based on data and trends.
Partner Onboarding & Support
Onboard new advertisers, manage integrations and tracking, and maintain smooth communication for active campaigns.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily Offerwall performance, run QA tests, and resolve tracking or reward issues in collaboration with Tech.
Data & Insights
Track KPIs and campaign results, generate reports, and propose optimizations to boost engagement and conversions.
Product Growth & Strategy
Work with Product and Growth to shape the Offerwall roadmap, launch new reward models, and promote offers in-app.
Operational drive: Previous experience in product operations, offerwall management, affiliate operations, or ad campaign optimization.
Structured problem-solving: You enjoy building systems and processes that make things run smoother and faster.
Analytical mindset: You can translate data into insights and identify patterns that drive better decisions.
Partner management: Comfortable communicating with external advertisers and partners in a fast-paced environment.
Technical understanding: Familiarity with offer tracking systems, S2S integrations, postbacks, or performance dashboards.
Communication: Clear and professional written and spoken English.
Nice-to-haves: Offerwall or Web3 familiarity, experience with performance marketing tools, or a passion for gamified earning products.
